Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

With You Real Estate is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We regard accessibility as part of providing a decent service, not merely a legal obligation.

Standard applied

This site has been built to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, which is the standard referenced by Israeli Standard IS 5568 and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility) Regulations, 5773–2013.

What has been done

  • Text and background colours tested to meet the AA contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 for body text
  • The whole site is operable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator on every interactive element
  • A “skip to content” link lets keyboard and screen-reader users bypass the header and navigation
  • Every image carries alternative text, and decorative images are marked so they are skipped
  • All form fields have associated labels
  • Page structure uses landmarks and headings so screen readers can navigate by section
  • The image carousel pauses on hover and on keyboard focus, and does not auto-advance for visitors whose device requests reduced motion
  • Layout reflows for zoom and for small screens without loss of content

Known limitations

Interactive maps are provided by a third party and may not be fully operable by keyboard or screen reader. The address, size and full details of every property are always given in text on the same page, so no information is available only through the map.

Some listing images are computer-generated visualisations. These are labelled as such in text next to the images.

Physical premises

With You Real Estate does not operate premises open to the public — there is no office for visitors to attend. All enquiries are handled by telephone, email and in person at the properties themselves. If you have an accessibility requirement for a property viewing, contact us in advance and we will make arrangements to accommodate it.
