1. Who we are

This website is operated by Gil Baruti, trading as With You Real Estate. We are the controller of personal data collected through this site. You can reach us at gil@baruti.co.il.

2. What we collect

We collect the details you choose to give us when you contact us through an enquiry form, by email or by telephone — typically your name, email address, telephone number, and whatever you tell us about your requirements.

Our web host records standard technical server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. Map tiles are loaded from a third-party provider, which will receive your IP address as part of serving those images.

3. Why we use it and on what basis

We use enquiry details solely to respond to you and to help you find or market a property. This is necessary in order to take steps at your request and for our legitimate interest in operating a brokerage. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with third parties except where required to progress a transaction you have asked us to progress, or where required by law.

4. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for any period required for legal, tax or regulatory purposes, after which it is deleted.

5. Your rights

Under the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741–1981 (as amended), you have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to have inaccurate information corrected, and to ask for information to be deleted. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at gil@baruti.co.il.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to see which pages are useful and how visitors find us, and the Meta Pixel to measure the results of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram.

Visitors in Israel. These tools are active from your first visit, and a short notice lets you opt out at any time. They use cookies to recognise returning visitors and measure visits, and Meta may receive your IP address and the pages you view here.

Visitors elsewhere, including the European Union. Nothing is set until you choose Accept on the cookie banner. If you decline, Google receives only anonymous, cookie-free signals, and the Meta Pixel is not loaded.

We tell which applies from your device’s time-zone setting; we don’t look up your location. If you opt out or decline, we stop both tools and delete the cookies this site set. Your choice is saved in your browser, and you can change it anytime through Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

Enquiry and subscription forms are handled by Netlify Forms, which receives what you submit in order to pass it to us by email.

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. We take reasonable measures to protect the information you send us, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
